Hanoi Brilliant Hotel and Spa

Our family of four stayed in connecting rooms for a total of five nights and loved the hotel. It's simple and clean. The breakfast is amazing and has something for everyone including my gluten-free, vegetarian wife. The staff are the crown jewel of the hotel. They are so pleasant and helpful. Lucy and Rosie at the front desk were excellent. When we were leaving late in the evening on an overnight train, they stored our bags all day and then provided us towels to take kick showers before setting off on our next adventure. The location is perfect providing access to the best cafes, restaurants, shopping, and sights of Hanoi.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is clutch. Clean rooms. Very cool lobby with fish tanks and ponds. Breakfast was SO good - get the noodle soups for sure! Coconut sticky rice was yum. Went to the spa, too. Great relaxing massage. Clean and professional. Seems safer and more comfortable than just anybody off the street, and the prices are comparable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of my trip was the spa — the massage service was excellent. The therapist was highly skilled and made me feel completely relaxed. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an extra 10 minutes of massage for free, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming experience.
