Hanoi By Night

My monthly rental ranges from 3-4 million depending on the room area, not including electricity and water, management fees, wifi.... Daily rental is about 400-600k. If there is a problem with the room, I ask the hotel owner or receptionist for assistance and it is fixed immediately. Very enthusiastic with guests. The hotel has many amenities around, near the beach (walking distance), many taxis to the city center, and many convenience stores. I find this price too reasonable in Nha Trag during rush hour..... Thank you Ms. H and Ms. L for supporting...my family...

Terrible place all around. Very dirty carpets in the hallway. Upon arrival our "manager" tried to put us in the tiny room that was completely different from the one we booked. Then she continued missing all of our appointments only to give us an additional check with a "managerial fee" at the end of the month. One night our toilet just exploded. It was fixed the next day but it continued to leak. The fire alarm goes on randomly. Near our room there was a fire exit sign that sometimes started beeping really loud with 15 seconds interval. The staff did nothing even though we asked to fixed it. That alone was a form of torture. The maid that cleaned the rooms was great though: very kind, polite and sharing a beautiful smile. Nha Trang is a great city but this place is a disgrace

The one star is solely for the location and an okay room. The advertisement for this hotel is so misleading it almost ruined our stay. It took us 30 minutes wandering up and down the road before a nice woman told us where to find it (there is not a front entrance like the pictures suggest, the whole hotel is one floor in a big building). Once we got there we messaged to ask where the pool was as they stated they had a pool. Turns out their ‘pool’ is another hotel’s pool where you can go if you pay. We were there 6 nights, left the cleaning light on for 3 of them and no one cleaned our room. We ended up with full bins and no toilet roll for half our stay and couldn’t find staff ANYWHERE. It’s like it was closed. Spoke to the hotel about these issues, they basically told me I was lying😂 not worth the hassle, loads of other great hotels in the area.
