HaNoi Calido Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and the overall environment of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. It is also near good food spots and shopping areas. One thing I really appreciated was that they stored our luggage for us while we traveled to Sapa for a very very low price, which was super convenient. They also provided us with fantastic recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely helpful service!

One thing I really appreciated was their flexibility with check-in — if rooms are available, they happily offer early check-in, and they also keep your luggage safely if you arrive early and want to explore before checking in. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, and the 24-hour reception desk is always available to assist with anything you need. Breakfast is served with a set menu, offering a few good choices to start the day. Rooms were clean and comfortable, complete with toiletries and basic amenities. And the best part? The stay was offered at a very reasonable price compared to other options in the area. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Old Quarter, just a short 5-minute walk to all major attractions, markets, cafes, and restaurants. Overall, a great budget-friendly stay with top-notch hospitality. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi!

This hotel is located very close to the famous Train Street, yet far enough to remain peaceful. Many attractions are within walking distance - we were able to explore a lot of them on foot during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was a limited à la carte selection, and unfortunately, my omelette had some eggshells in it not ideal, but not a big deal either.
