Hanoi Calista Hotel

Travelling with 3 generations, my mum , daughter and I , we had the best stay here . Apartment was clean and a lot bigger than a hotel room . The staff were the best, always ready to help in any way .William and Harry and the guy at breakfast were all excellent. I had walked past this hotel last year when I stayed nearby and so I’m glad I decided to give it a go this year and it exceeded expectations! The bath was a bonus as was the washing machine and I loved our little balcony for fresh air and for stung clothes in the sun. Breakfast was good and the only place I know where they encourage you to take a banana away for later and give you a plastic bag to take a few pastries too for later. Excellent location and I will stay again .

My first time in Hanoi, I originally booked 3 nights. I was so impressed by the service from Harry, Shultz, Tracy and William, that I decided to book another 4 days. The rest of the team are great too. Every day I left and returned to the hotel I was met with a friendly smile and great conversation by them all. They all had great advice for activities, restaurants and cafes in the city. The rooms are clean and modern and the location of the hotel centrally located yet off the main road.
