I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My room was beautiful with a gorgeous balcony and view of the street below. The staff are so helpful, Chi in particular was amazing at welcoming me and allowed me to store my bags before my flight home. You could not pick a better location or a better hotel to see Hanoi. I can’t wait to return.

Perfect Family Stay in the Heart of Hanoi Our 3-night stay was perfect for our family of four (daughters aged 10 and 12). The hotel arranged a seamless airport taxi via WhatsApp, and the staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating throughout our visit. The hotel was ideal for our family, offering two separate, clean bedrooms, both with en-suites. Its brilliant location in the Old Quarter down a quiet street was a huge plus, with a Michelin-star restaurant just steps away. Considering the excellent price, this hotel offers fantastic value. We would definitely stay and recommend it again!

By far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We had booked 2 rooms but in arrival we were told that due to ac issues we were moved to a sister hotel. Our luggage arrived almost 2 hours later, leaving us stuck in a terrible room that looked like the photos. It felt more like a storage room than a hotel room we paid good money for. Conditions were unacceptable: dirty toilet paper, ac tapped together, no bathroom ventilation, drafty window and a space far too small to be comfortable. Because of the delay we missed our planned museum visit and wasted an entire afternoon in Hanoi. Later we were promised a better room but reception wasn't even informed. The new room was better but still unsafe, a loose metal fixture in the bathroom nearly fell on us. On top they charged us 11€ for laundry without informing us. Poor communication, false promises, unsafe facilities, in total disregard for guests. Avoid at all costs.
