Absolutely wonderful stay at Hanoi Central Hotels & Residence! We were in a fantastic two-bedroom apartment that was the most spacious and comfortable accommodation we've had. The location is absolutely perfect, and the hotel is a peaceful and quiet. What truly made our trip so special was the staff. We always felt so warmly welcomed, and Alex, Andrew, Jennie, and William were the most helpful and welcoming team imaginable. They were always ready with a great tip for the day, which made our trip even better. Their kindness and great advice made our stay truly unforgettable. This hotel is simply the best choice for an amazing trip to Hanoi.

Loved our stay here! The two bedroom apartment was spacious, we especially loved the washing machine! Breakfast was superb and especially Alex made us feel like at home and was super helpful! Great location too! Would stay again!

We stayed for 5 nights at the Hanoi Central Hotel & Residences in a 2 room suite with windows. The room was very comfortable with free bottled water and coffee provided daily. Breakfast buffet is served on the 1st floor, with eggs and pancakes cooked to order. There’s a full range of food options reflecting the global nature of the hotel’s guests. The hotel is located in a quiet alley set back from the main streets of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, so it’s very quiet with none of the constant traffic noise elsewhere. While it’s away from the noise, it’s still perfectly located, with Hoan Kiem Lake and Train Street both just 5 minutes walk away. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. A few weeks prior to our arrival, Andrew got in touch to check if we had any requests and kindly arranged a transfer from Hanoi Airport for us as well as making excellent recommendations for places to eat close to the hotel. He was also very forgiving when we foolishly lost our room key on our first day. This is the perfect base for exploring Hanoi. We would definitely stay here again.
