I loved staying here! Everyone was so kind and genuinely helpful. We were able to text them questions as they came up and they were willing to help in anyway. The breakfast was delicious, the location could not be better. The beds are also really comfortable! I would stay here again for sure!
Wow, what an amazing crew of people working here. Their service and willingness to help was through the roof. Especially the young ones working at and around the reception was extremely competent. The breakfast was not so large, but the flavour absolutely made up for that. A good selection of fruit along with the breakfast. Beds are large and rooms are clean. The street it's in is also quiet given hanoi's busy life all around the clock. Strongly recommend.
Great place to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the location is fab! We had a great night sleep after a long journey from UK! It’s a little bit more tired than what it shows on their pictures but genuinely very good. Our room was big, had a little balcony and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good too!
