From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome. When we got to our room, we were delighted to find a complimentary bottle of wine, a platter of food, and even a birthday cake, such a thoughtful touch that truly made my day. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We dined at the on-site restaurants and appreciated the variety and quality of the menus. The breakfast service was excellent and set us up nicely for the day. After long days of sightseeing, the swimming pool provided the perfect way to unwind; a peaceful, tranquil oasis. I would highly recommend staying at the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel.

The hotel is clearly a bit older — the building and interiors show their age, The front desk staff really made a difference. Lily, who I think is the manager, along with Zoe and Juni, were all friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They were quick to help with any questions or small requests, and always had a positive attitude, which I appreciated. In a place where the facilities feel a little tired, the good service helped balance things out. If you're not too concerned about having the most modern setup and just want a comfortable stay with helpful staff in a central location, this hotel is still a solid choice.
