Hanoi E Central Hotel

Located very centrally and near the Hoan Kim lake , the hotel staff were excellent and willing to help in any situation. Special mention to Rosie who coordinated everything even before we reached the hotel and ensured a very smooth stay and experience. We were travelling with a baby and they made us extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Great hotel located in central Hanoi, near the lake. The hotel staff, particularly Rosie have been amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The room is clean, bed is comfortable and the breakfast has a good selection or Vietnamese and Western foods. We had a great stay. Highly recommended

Warm hospitality and perfect location for a true local experience! To be honest, the first thing that stood out was the staff — they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Rosy, who was absolutely fantastic. She guided us like a family member, making us feel truly welcome and at home. Rosy also helped us efficiently book our tours and so the experience for traveling was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect. It offered easy access to the market, the lake, the old town, and plenty of street food stalls. Exploring those stalls is a must if you want to experience the local traditional culture of Vietnam. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
