Great hotel. Clean, good beds, nice bath rooms. In the middle of the center nice location. And the staff (like June, David but also others) is really helpful and friendly. Really nice to arrive like this after a long journey
Room is clean! We're grateful with Jasmine for helping our accommodation this 5 days 4 nights. She recommended us transport to airport with her help and cheerful attitude. Not forgetting Beam,he is very helpful and friendly too. Definitely will recommend my friends to this hotel👍
LOVED this hotel!! The staff was fantastic, especially Jasmine, Hanna, and Biz. They took excellent care of us and helped us with everything we needed. We came at a very busy time, during Vietnam’s Reunification holiday, and we were having a hard time finding a hotel that could accommodate us at the last minute, but thankfully they had a room available. Jasmine and Hanna were super helpful with all of our needs, from booking our taxi to the airport to having our laundry taken care of, they really made our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!
