Hanoi Fiesta Grand Hotel

I chose to stay at Hanoi Fiesta Grand Hotel and Spa in the Old Quarter because of its convenient location with easy access to tourist attractions, local food spots, and coffee shops. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond by helping my cousin and me book a Grab driver to explore the city—our only responsibility was to pay the fare. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room. They efficiently handled our tour requests, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were consistently helpful, cheerful, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our stay. It's absolutely recommended!

The location of the hotel is excellent — very close to many restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The room was clean and quiet with no disturbances. Overall, I was very impressed. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a big city. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Great value for the price.
