Hanoi La Palm Premier Hotel&Spa

The rooms are surprisingly large, modern and very clean. The staff are the real highlight, they are highly attentive and helpful. We tried the spa service and while the foot massage was great, the aroma massage was average. The location is central. I would definitely book again

The hotel was very well located, just on the outskirts of the old town. Stepping into the lobby, it was nice and quiet a stark contrast from the busy streets outside. The family room was street facing but very well insulated and not noisy at all, it was clean and comfortable It is so close to so many tourist spots, nice restaurants, and shops all around. The night market and the lake were less than a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was yummy and had a small nice spread. Fresh fruit and hot options available. Cooked to order eggs and a noodle option was also a nice touch. We took a tour to Ninh Binh organised by the hotel, with Heritage tours and it was amazing! David at the tour desk was very patient with all our questions and gave some fantastic recommendations. All the staff, Tony, Mr Kang and Helen were always there to greet us when we came back from a big day of exploring. My parents and I can't thank you enough for a wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely, conveniently located hotel. The room was spotless and very quiet. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with the night markets just 50 meters away! The staff were all absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout our stay! A special thank you to Mr. Kang, who was especially kind and welcoming. We’re sad we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to him - please extend our thanks! Highly recommend this hotel—we’d definitely stay here again!
