Great location, everything in the old quarter was a 10-15 minute walk. The service is great, all of the staff is very helpful and they're willing to help you book taxis and other tourist tours or services. The breakfast is good, but I do recommend checking out the small restaurants and coffee shops around. The rooms are a little outdated but the AC is great, the shower water pressure is good, and the bathroom has a bidet. Would stay here again because of the locations convenience and the hospitality!

The hotel is not big in size, superior rooms are small and has not too many amenities. But this is more than made up by the great staff service and its strategic location (plenty of local eateries/cafes and proximity to places of interest). The hotel has an excellent staff team, who never fail to assist whenever help is required. Will definitely return to stay when i am in Hanoi again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Tldr; service was outstanding and over the top the staff did everything in their power to please everyone truly greatful for them Location: close to everything you want in Hanoi Rooms ok but not great Detailed review: the guy at the door helping with the luggage very helpful quick and willing to help even when we said we'll carry our own luggage he insisted. The ladies at the reception were super kind and one of the manager stepped in to carry luggage for a family from India who couldn't be bothered to lift a feather and took a handful of the candies from table The rooms were so so not gonna lie - they say luxury but this is where the word luxury starts to lose its meaning because while the staff did their best the rooms had loads of skid marks, the queen rooms were tiny. The breakfast was good nothing to complain and the views were quite nice from the top floor. So all in all the rooms are just not at the level they make it seem - it's a 3 star hotel not a 4 star or luxury, as long as you accept that you'll have a great time.
