Hanoi Lion Boutique Hotel & Spa

We booked this hotel for 6 nights and without regrets. The front desk staffs are great- helpful, good English speakers, cheerful, and friendly. Love them! The buffet breakfasts every morning is superb and the waiters n waitresses are attentive, friendly, and cheerful. Great experience with the staffs! We only wished the gym is better equipped and in a bigger glass room. Walking there is a little scary too. I think renovation should complete soon.

Very lovely, quiet hotel! Exceptional service from Mr. Billy and the rest of staff who gave us restaurants recommendations and booked puppet theater tickets last minute for us. We stayed in room 406, and it was very quiet but close to the elevators so we heard some noise in the morning around 830-9AM. The bathroom was clean and the bed linens/pillows were very comfortable! The restaurant also includes a breakfast buffet which provides an array of breakfast options. We would love to stay again if we are back in Hanoi.

Such an amazing experience staying here. We came back a total of 3 times! The front desk group was so accommodating helping us with trip information, storing our bags and giving us top service. Special thanks to Billy for all of the extra help. Breakfast was very good and all the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Located in a perfect location in old town. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in Hanoi.
