Hanoi Media Hotel and Spa

Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. Laundry service was fast. The buffet was okay. A bit plain but good. I understand that they have to cater to other people from different nationalities. It is a block or 2 away from the park so going jogging in the morning was nice. Alot of stores and night markets near by.

Fantastic little boutique hotel. Stayed here for a week during our time in Hanoi. Lovely rooftop area with a great view of the lake was the perfect spot for breakfast each morning. Staff were all wonderful and friendly helping us organise transfers for day trips and suggesting local places for entertainment and meals. I highly recommend this hotel. It also has a great location in old town with plenty to do in the immediate area. Would happily stay here again when visiting Hanoi.

Loved staying here! Very clean, safe, staff were kind and helpful. Free breakfast and bag storage if you’re going to Ha Long bay too. Great view from the rooftop bar as well (where breakfast is served). Location is great, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms have everything you need - toiletries, coffee, tea, snacks, water bottles, etc. and they also offer a spa service and laundry. I did their overnight laundry service and they folded and packed my clothes in plastic perfectly tight so I could just throw it into my bag as I was heading to the airport. Also their lobby and everywhere smelled so good. Will be coming back again!
