The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and resourceful. Special mention to Jeff and John who took care of all our needs. Right from booking our tour to Ha long bay to arranging cab rides everything was well taken care of and always with a wonderful smile. Very very happy with their hospitality. The location of the property is great. Right in the heart of old quarter area and a lot of attractions are at walking distance from the property. To everyone reading this review go ahead with this property you definitely won't regret it.
The perfect most comfortable landing spot after a long journey! The hotel is situated in the heart of Old Quarter, walking distance to everything. Staff are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The room was better than expected with a nice balcony overlooking the bustling street below. Soft sheets, clean room, quiet and efficient AC. I’m not usually a breakfast buffet person, but theirs was particularly tasty. I woke up excited every day to go fuel up! I can’t recommend this place enough. Worth every dong. 🌟
Super happy with our stay here! Jeff was super helpful as were the other hotel staff. It was clean and very well located. Jeff had plenty of recommendations of where to go and what tours to do. The breakfast buffet was also really good. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back here again :)
