This hotel is in a very good location! Old quarters is within reach, quiet but safe place at night. There are quite a few massages spa around the hotel but there are 2 which is of the better one. The only down side of the hotel room is there is not bedside powerpoint, however its still enough for our necessary charging within the room! Service from this hotel is exceptional! The staffs are all very attentive and friendly and helpful! It is one of the best hotel services I ever had so far! Really recommend!
Stayed here for 6 days, great service and hospitality from hotel staffs (especially Cyan he is very professional assisting us and threw a small birthday celebration for my wife). The breakfast spread is delicious with good variety. Location of hotel is good with many restaurants and shops around. Highly recommend staying here :)
Hotel Pearl in Hanoi was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Vietnam. Its perfect location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy delicious Vietnamese food at local restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent – a wide variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and tasty. We stayed there as a group of friends, and every one of us was happy with the choice. The staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Hanoi!
