I had an amazing stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel & Apartment! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, stylish, and had a beautiful view of the river — truly relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The restaurant served delicious local and international dishes, and breakfast was always fresh and satisfying. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar — the atmosphere was cozy and the views of Hanoi at night were absolutely breathtaking. Great cocktails too! The pool area was clean and peaceful — perfect for a quick dip or just to unwind. The location is convenient, just a short walk from major attractions but still in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They always greeted me with a smile and were happy to assist with anything — from directions to booking tours. Their warm and genuine hospitality truly made me feel at home. Special thanks to the reception team for going above and beyond! Overall, this place offers fantastic value and combines comfort, style, and great service. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful boutique hotel on the outskirts of the city. We were ready for a quieter few days and this place certainly delivered. Stunning contrasting views from the rooftop pool overlooked both the city and local farmland and peach blossom gardens. Our aircon tripped out in the evening and the staff (Lê Khánh Huyền) could not have been more helpful and accomodating in resolving the issue and giving us a selection of other rooms if we wanted. We would definitely stay again.

Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel really feels five star. The whole hotel is pristine with a beautiful dining area and stunning rooftop pool area. Communication prior to arrival and even prior to booking was amazing. I hardly had to wait any response time. I arrived with an injury, and knowing this, the team purchased a wheelchair prior to my arrival. How's that for service!? The team and the restaurant are so kind and obliging and the food was absolutely delicious. The alcohol prices were amazing considering the standard of the restaurant. The reception staff were just lovely and thought of our every need. Thank you to Huyen for spending so much time with us. It felt like one of our own family members was there to support us. Thank you to Anne for organising the wheelchair for me and also an incredible room upgrade where I would have space to manoeuvre. The whole experience was absolutely delightful.
