We loved our stay. The hotel was central to everything in Old Town. Our room had a balcony which we enjoyed, great to watch the hustle & bustle. Good shopping & food options close by. The staff were lovely & the room clean & comfortable.
Nice, clean hotel. Location close to all attractions. We had a room facing out. Somewhat noisy at night. Breakfast was excellent! Service wonderful! The front desk is very helpful!
Exceptional staff, some of the best customer service we experienced in all of Vietnam. Location is great with easy access to food, shopping, lake and sightseeing. Breakfast has a lovely mix of things
