Ms Rachel very helpful, helped my nephew with everything. she arranged our trip for over a month in vietnam. moreover she organized good quality tours with reasonable price. even cheaper than websites. to help us feel safe when setting foot in their country. she gave us a lot of advice as well as guided us a lot of things. I recommend everyone to trust her. She will help you have a memorable trip. And the room in Siva hotel was good aswell. Good location, nice receptionist.

Perfect location, excellent vibes, all the staff is fantasticand the breakfast is delicious. We stayed there 3 times and it was always a delight. They helped us several times including with transportation to the airport and good tour.

RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! The worst hotel in our 30 years of traveling. When you open the door of the Siva Luxury Hotel Hanoi, you realize that the customer is not considered, only for the money! An old-fashioned hotel with rooms that are bordering on unsanitary: the room smelled of damp, had traces of mold, it was dirty, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and was very noisy. To think we had gone through a local agency for more peace of mind! The breakfast was horrible, bland, and lacking in choice. The reception staff were unfriendly and condescending! Don't trust the photos, come see for yourself. These reviews were probably fake and purchased! The city is big: you'll certainly find better, cheaper, and more welcoming places!
