The hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff is really kind, helpful, and attentive, especially the receptionist Sofia, who was very kind, always there to help me and to recommend nice places to eat and visit.
Nice hotel stay! Really good location in Hanoi, near the old quarter and lots of sights including train street. Helpful staff and decent breakfast, they’ll make you your own pho. Rooms were small but clean and comfy bed! Nice shower. They were helpful doing luggage storage and offer an airport taxi service. Not many other facilities but good value for money and designed to be a comfy place to sleep while you’re out sightseeing and centrally located!
This was the worst hotel I stayed in on my 5 week holiday. The room is so small, you open your door and trip up on your bed,. The photos looked good enough, I wasn't expecting luxury but the the room was not what the photos showed for a "superior double room". There is no where to even put your suitcase. It was dirty, dusty, the shower didn't work properly and it just stunk. The only thing it has going for it is that it's in a good location.
