Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

Rachel and May's inception service was truly impressive — they were kind, professional, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. The laundry service was also great. Although I found out later that it was a paid service, it was still very convenient and worth using. Hae’s service was also excellent and left a great impression. The room was clean and well-maintained, with no bugs at all, which made the stay even more pleasant. If I ever return, I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Splendid Premium. The staff are all very friendly and nice, superb service! Kudos to May, Happy, Dong and Rachel - power team! Hotel is also situated in a good location. Rooms are clean and definitely value for money :)

We had an excellent stay at Splendid Hotel. As soon as we stepped in, we felt so welcomed by all of the lovely staff. In particular, Ms Rachel, Ms Kate, Dong and Ms Ann made our stay particularly special. They were always on it, seeing if we needed anything and offered us welcome drinks and even a thank you gift. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed and shower. The air con was great, probably too cold if anything. The pool is basic but it’s nice for an hour or two if it’s rainy. I also got a great massage which was very easy to organise with the spa on the bottom floor.
