From the moment I stepped into Hanoian Central Hotel, I was welcomed with warm smiles and a refreshing drink. The lobby and rooms are tastefully decorated with elegant touches, combining modern comfort with local charm. The staff went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed. Their friendliness made me feel truly at home. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained every area of the hotel was. A fantastic place to relax after a day of exploring Hanoi.

The staff at Hanoian Central were beyond helpful and always smiling. From check-in to departure, they made sure we felt welcomed and cared for. They remembered our names, offered personalized recommendations, and even helped us book tours. Their friendliness really enhanced our experience and made us feel like valued guests. Great little hotel. We had a Balcony Suite that was spacious and comfortable. Location was fantastic as we had everything relatively close by. Amazing staff, Tiffany ensured we were well looked after and provided us with some excellent suggestions of what to see and provided direction to great eateries. Jenny made sure we were well looked after at every breakfast and Elsa and Andrew were terrific at the front desk. In fact all staff at the hotel were extremely professional and courteous all the time. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit.
