I’ve been staying here frequently for about year now. Absolutely fantastic stay every time! The staff always goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, offering quick check-in and personalized service throughout my visit. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, assisting you with anything you should need. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of. They have a great restaurant downstairs with an amazing staff as well! Will definitely be continuing to stay here.
Angela, part of the service staff was absolutely exceptional. Our community, uncommon schools, hosted an event here and Angela made sure we had a white glove experience the whole time. Working timely with our ops team to ensure every need of ours were met. She is truly such an exemplary employee!
Our shower seemed like it was only partially cleaned but the rest of the room seemed clean. There was a storm that came through while we stayed there and the lights were flickering and the tv signal was lost but I assume that is not the norm. The pub inside of the hotel is great!
