Anyone seeking peace and relaxation will find it here. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are all in one room of the apartment, with separate bathrooms and toilets. We loved that we only had to walk 5 minutes to the thermal baths. It's also no more than a 15-minute walk to the city center. The large tree in front of our balcony with a view of the Predigtstuhl mountain kept the worst of the heat out, making it bearable inside despite the 35-degree temperature outside and allowing us to sleep well at night. The landlord is very friendly and was able to give us some tips on where to find good food in Bad Reichenhall. Although the apartment is small overall, we consider it to be very good value for money, as bringing pets is no problem either.

I was more than impressed by the landlord's friendly manner. The apartment was well-equipped and very centrally located in a quiet residential area near the thermal baths. Highly recommended!

The price/performance ratio isn't right. Everything's in one small room. Sleeping, living, cooking. We had to find the furniture together. The room is in the attic, accessible via a blocked staircase. The bathroom has two mirrors, one large and one small, above the toilet. The landlord calls at 7:00 a.m. and asks when we're leaving the room. We felt like we'd been kicked out.
