I had a fantastic experience at Hansa Hotel! Their Colonial coffee is absolutely delicious—rich, bold, and full of character. It’s not just a cup of coffee, it’s an experience in itself. You can really taste the care and quality that goes into every brew. On top of that, the service was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The staff made me feel right at home, which added to the overall charm of the visit. Highly recommend Hansa Hotel if you’re looking for a unique coffee experience and top-notch hospitality!
We had a wonderful stay at the Hansa Hotel in Swakopmund. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made a huge difference in how comfortable we felt during our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — always ready to assist with a smile, which added a personal and warm touch to the experience. One of the highlights was definitely the fabulous breakfast. The selection was impressive, everything was fresh and delicious, and it was the perfect start to each day. Overall, Hansa Hotel combines classic charm with top-notch service. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Swakopmund!
The Hansa Hotel is a “ok”experience. The restaurant for breakfast is a real gem, with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The hotel's architecture, on the other hand, didn't quite match my personal taste, although the rooms were comfortable. Check-in was a bit chaotic, with some difficulty in assigning the room. Overall, a good hotel, wonderful flowers in the garden ."
