Service here is great, and employees are very mindful and helpful. Some parts of the building need a deep clean, but it’s good at the first glance. For foreigners it’s rly harp because non of the employees speak English, but I could manage with only using translator.

Hotel locked us out of our room and called the police during our stay. For some reason suspected we were Russians (why that would matter I don't know), despite the seeing our UK passports and transit visas when we checked in. Police came to our room and checked our names against a list, then reprimanded the manager for wasting their time as we clearly weren't the people they were looking for. No apology from the hotel and we had done nothing wrong during our stay. Hotel itself is scruffy, in need of renovation. Smells of smoke, staff are rude and do not speak English (even though booking websites state that they do). Locationis good but that's all.
