We absolutely adore Hanza. The start of our visit has the most all around beautiful human at the front desk giving us the run down on the hotel, breakfast and what we should do on our visit. She was absolutely perfect and an amazing start to our Poland trip. As for the hotel, it is beautiful and I can only speak for the canal side but the view was amazing. My only gripes were the ac being behind the curtains, it made it hard to cool the room with the curtains closed and the shower. That thing is scary to get out of to say the least 😂 We love you Hanza, if we ever make it back to Gdańsk you'll be the place we land ♥️
Excellent location since its close to the action. Friendly and very helpful staff wich i even joked with from time to time Also clean rooms, but the WI-FI did not work inside the room unfortunatelly. But we got a private network from the reception. Also The hotel Lounge inside were pretty small with only 3-4 sofas. But other than that i had a very nice experience :)
It’s an expensive waterfront hotel with very basic rooms… the common areas have a more refined aesthetic and sell this as a premium hotel, but the rooms themselves are super basic.
