Hapimag Resort Lisbon

Hapimag was a calm and immaculate oasis in Lisbon. Perfect location. Walkable to everything or a short trip on public transportation. Apartment contained all the necessities. Plenty of room for two people or two couples. Property very nicely maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful but not overly knowledgeable about tourist activities in Lisbon. Often did not have answers and did not always seek to find them. Still, I would absolutely recommend Hapimag.

Perfect place. Very large rooms, big bathrooms and full kitchen. Location is good.

Cannot recommend due to broken air conditioning in summer. Premium room was 31 degrees Celsius inside when we arrived and finally cooled down to 28 degrees Celsius hours later. Offered a small portable room ac unit that required doors to be left open while using. It was not powerful enough to cool the space. Not even close to cooling down the room by the time we wanted to sleep. Our family couldn’t sleep well in this hot room. And lost hours of rest as a result. No proactive follow up the next day to remedy the problem. Repeat hot room experience the following evening as the issue was not fixed during the next day. Communicated with three different staff who were supposed to be responsible and they seemed to be passing the buck or forgetting to follow up on what they told us. Was not fixed within our two night stay.
