Hapimag Resort Marrakech

Truly sublime. This resort feels like a quiet, hidden garden…. intimate, elegant, and deeply restorative. The atmosphere is calm and never overwhelming, with lush greenery and beautiful views around every corner. Our room was exceptionalllll: high ceilings, spacious, and immaculately cleaned every day. Breakfasts were relaxed, authentic, and unhurried- the perfect start to each morning- and the staff throughout the resort were warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. Everything about the setting felt romantic and peaceful. My only complaint is in regard to a massage at the spa. I was asked to undress in front of the masseuse rather than being given privacy, which made me very uncomfortable. During the treatment, she also made an unsolicited negative comment about my body hair….something I found not only inappropriate but deeply unsettling in what should have been a safe, soothing environment. Aside from this disappointing moment, the rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful.

I’m not sure the value is there; The resort is nicely decorated and the gardens are kept well. The pool is clean, parking is easy and shuttles and services are convenient. Overall certainly a relaxing environment. I booked two rooms, both with nice details and comfortable beds. Bathrooms clean and with good water pressure. However, at the price point I would have had expected the finishing touches to be more in order; between both rooms I counted 7 cockroaches, complimentary hand soap was just dish soap, the breakfast was very underwhelming. Opting for a bbq dinner gave us overcooked dry meat.
