I don't understand the bad reviews but in life you can look for what is there or you can look for what is not there. Our flight was cancelled but even though there was no communication they were taking care of us. They waited at the airport (we had to look and ask but they were there) brought us to happy hotel, it was very late but even then they made us dinner and we got a nice room and a few hours later personal wake up call and drive to the airport. So we are very happy people and ver grateful. Thank you happy hotel
Due a flight cancellation the handling agent from the airline put me in the hotel for 1 night. Unfortunately the hotel is located in an area where are just buildings and the university around. To go to the beach or to the town a bus or taxi is needed. Beside the location the staff was so kind and helpful. They offered 3 meals and also called in the room to let know that the meals is ready to come down. So kind. The room was very modern with a balcony and spacey. The bed was comfortable. Really nice. A huge thank you to the hotel team for all the efforts they made to accommodate a whole group a cancelled plane passengers.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Staff is just okay with the resources they have. The hotel is located in the middle of now where. Nothing around you, located in a construction site! The building is falling apart. I went on the rook top and fell through the roof and injured my leg. They still tried to charge me. The food was terrible and they over charge you. This is a 1 star property!
