Lovely place, with really nice and helpful staff and great location! Travelling by myself this was the perfect place to start my China trip. Loved the rooms, I stayed in different ones as I extended my booking: clean, with good sheets and shower and beautifully decorated; with water bottles and teas! And good breakfast. Anything you need from travelling to help with electronic devices and connection, the staff always ready to help with a smile. I'm coming back!

This place is in a decent location, but requires a bit of walking, and the rooms are clean and nice, with all basic required amenities available. It’s a decent place to stay, but I will give it 5 stars because the staff are just amazing! I don’t speak Chinese, so it’s hard to get around and figure out things, since most signs aren’t even in English, but these guys are constantly willing to help with everything and even paid for our food and taxi when our international cards didn’t work. I have traveled a decent amount, but never been anywhere where the staff was willing to go so far to help their guests. They actually walked with us to help us find locations and accommodated us in every single way. I can’t think of any problem or question we took to them that they didn’t solve in the best possible way. Beijing is really nice, but takes a bit of patience to navigate when you don’t speak the language. And the staff here not only bridged the gap, but went the extra mile to help with absolutely everything. So I would highly recommend staying here, since they made the stay worthwhile. They even constantly gave us little freebies. Huge shoutout to Anthony, Eric, Fufu, Amy and Janine! You guys are awesome!

Do not recommend it. Not only that they fool you with highly edited pictures and when you manage to find the location you're left speechless by the difference in what you thought you booked and what you actually get but the stuff doesn't even bother to apologies for the distorted reality that they are selling. The rooms are smaller than in the pictures, barely maintained and thr smell of sewery is at times is crazy. No privacy what so ever we can hear everything from the nearby rooms. The only thing that stays true to the pictures is the breakfast. Overall it was a deplorable experience and the rating they have is actually grace to the people who didn't bother to write a review because they preferred to let go of their bad memories about it.
