Happy Life Grand Hotel & Sky Bar

Our recent stay at the Happy Life Grand Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive service provided by the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. In particular, Miss Jade and Mr. Ben stood out with their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered a comfortable and stylish ambiance, perfectly complementing our experience in the vibrant city. We highly recommend Happy Life Grand Hotel to anyone seeking both comfort and outstanding hospitality during their stay in Ho Chi Minh.

Big shout out to Jade!! Thank you so much for all your effort. Jade kindly booked us a taxi to our resort which was 3hrs away! No taxi company could take us and Jade sorted it very quick! She’s very kind, super helpful and definitely deserves a pay rise!!! Jade even said she would love to make us a traditional Vietnamese iced coffee! Can’t thank her enough for everything. All staff were very helpful but she went out of her way to make sure we get to our next destination safely, making sure we don’t end up paying double or triple!! She provided us with her number and call her if we have any issues and to let her when we get there. All staff open doors for you, offer you drinks and you will be warmly welcomed into the building with a cold flannel and refreshments. Would definitely come back!! Thank you again Jade!!!

We (2 adults) had the most lovely stay & shoutout to Jason, he was the best doorman. All the staff were helpful, kind & greeted us with a smile. Buffet breakfast was great, location is a close 5 min walk to markets, wonderful food spots close by & would recommend staying here! I messaged the day before arrival due to the other reviews and we had no negative experience in the slightest. After travelling Vietnam for 3.5 weeks, this hotel was one of our favourites and a great last stop to our trip. Check out at 12pm was a plus as this is added for free!
