Really nice apartment, good bed. Fresh and clean. Very good location and good price.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The room was absolutely filthy. The toilet had human feces from previous guests. All the towels and bed sheets were stained with unknown substances. On top of that, we found multiple bugs in the bed and sofa. We had booked a 3-night stay but couldn't even last a few hours. We left immediately and had to find another hotel the same night. The condition of the room made it completely unlivable and a serious health risk. We contacted Happy Stay right away to request cleaning—no response. Later, we reached out for a refund and were told a manager would get in touch, but no one ever did. We've tried multiple times since and received no help at all. This place is a complete scam. It was filthy, unsafe, and falsely advertised. The total lack of customer support made it even worse. If you value your health, comfort, or sanity, avoid this place at all costs.

Dont book here at all! They dont answer or care about their guests! They wasted our time and money, we spent a whole day waiting for reply, now it's been 1 week, they still didn't answer. Its our first night stay in the apartment, we booked the apartment after reading all the reviews but unfortunately the apartment wasnt cleaned at ALL, the towels were stained!! Dust everywhere, there are stains on the sofa on the walls, on the washing machine in the kitchen sink, the toilet wasnt clean, the apartment is so warm with no air condition, the hosts that met us to give us the key were friendly but when we messaged them about all the dirt, they never replied back! We left the apartment after few hours when they didn't respond!
