Happy Valley Hotel

The hotel is easily accessable. It has nice shopping centre right infront of it. Have easy access to nation road, and places of interest such. The rooms are big enough, enough packing available. Resturants serves best food. Buffet breakfast is offered. Most importatly the staff is consist of good people. We sure shall make it out prefered place when we visit again.

Stayed there 9 February 2025. Great location and great customer service from the reception. Great food and breakfast. Excellent service from Lunga and breakfast staff 🥰. I don’t know how things are done regarding linen, i may be wrong but around 9am there is a staff (lady) who just didn’t knock and threw herself into our room and she said she wanted dirty towels. On seeing i was in the room, she briefly apologized while going straight to the bathroom without excusing herself. We were checking out at 11am anyway so what was the deal 😔. 10 February we rebooked the outer rooms and @ midnight, someone male, sounding drunk came knocking on our door looking for someone, knocking loud and calling 🚮.

Lovely hotel with a great location, Wonderful staff who are always willing to help & inform you off the tourist attractions in their country.
