I have never been to such a poorly run and foreigner unfriendly hotel as this one. Not a word spoken...
Not a bad hotel. Normal location. Nearby is a shopping street (Arbat), where there are many shops. There is something to choose from. 5 minutes to the square where the St. Sophia Cathedral is. Nearby is a park with a fountain and Mandarin ducks. While the shops are closed, you can walk. Didn't make it to 5 because of the renovation. But it's not critical... The rooms are cleaned daily, the food is varied. Russians are given forks if they are not used to chopsticks))) There is even a coffee machine. The toilet is normal, combined with a bath, but there are no curtains. So the water pours onto the floor and floods everything. You have to wash yourself carefully so as not to flood everything.
