The Harbour Hotel is a peaceful haven as soon as you step in through the front door. I've never met such an amazing collective of employees in one hotel. Smiling, happy in their jobs and so good at what they do. The hotel is immaculate. The music and atmosphere at all times of day is spot on. Very lovely place and the food, coffee, cocktails, whether breakfast or dinner is lovely. The spa is gorgeous. If the changing room is messy or crowded, towels lying around, it's because a messy group have just left...be patient, the staff are so hard-working and accommodating. They will do anything for you. Thanks to everyone at the Harbour Hotel, a few names from breakfast, thanks Jamie, Jess, Maria, Sandra and Vaios. The manager at the Harbour Hotel employs an amazing warm, helpful and friendly team. I can't praise all the reception staff and the spa staff enough. 11/10.

Stayed here twice with my mum. The sea facing rooms are gorgeous and the food is amazing. I’ve added photos of the amazing food we had at this hotel for Mother’s Day. Great hospitality, kind staff, good food, good hotel room. Probably will visit again! Loved it. Adored that it was so close to the beach and the sea.

We stayed here for my partner's 30th for 3 nights and we were very pleased with the service from the staff. They left a Happy Birthday plate in the room with cakes on, as well as complimentary gin and tonic, vanity kits, coffee machine, air con, robes, slippers and toiletries. The room was small but comfortable , and we had no trouble with noise from outside or other rooms. The only thing I would mention is that if you book through third-party then you have to pay £10 per person per day to use the spa facilities (additional if you want treatments) , as well as breakfast each day. The spa was really lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it, however we only felt the need to book it for one day due to the hotel being in such a good location, so we spent a lot of time exploring Brighton.
