Well presented Hotel, very clean , bright & well maintained. Staff were very professional, polite & efficient. Breakfast was very good with an excellent varied choice to suit anyone’s requirements. The room that we had although a little small was very well maintained and very clean & we would choose it again in the future. The facilities at the hotel are excellent including a nice bar and comfortable airy lounge area adjacent to a spacious dining area. This was our first visit to Sidmouth & was certainly made more enjoyable by having a excellent experience at this Hotel
Stayed at the Harbour Hotel with my mother in law for 2 nights, we both found the staff are very friendly, helpful and work extremely hard they made us feel very welcome. Food and Continental breakfast was presented well and very enjoyable. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, the complimentary gin was a nice touch…. Thank you Was lucky enough to use the terrace, outside pool and sun beds…. Surrounded by beautiful views. Look forward to coming back in the near future!
Lovely hotel clean bright and well maintained. The staff were friendly polite and helpful. Breakfast was really good so much choice to suit everyone. The room was bright airy and clean. We were very happy with everything and will be returning soon.
