The best place to stay! It was an absolute treat: you can walk everywhere you need to be...to the shops, restaurants and best view walks alongside the cliff paths. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely enjoyed the breakfast...the weather was good, so we could sit outside with the view of the ocean. A dip in the pool with the ocean view is a must and a 40min massage to relax is the way to go. The New Wing Rooms are tastefully done and very neat - we are very satisfied and will be back again! :-) Thank you Kevin and the team!
Nice hotel, nice friendly staff with a good breakfast selection but the sea view rooms with a view of walkers bay are not sea view. At best they are partial sea view but your actually looking out on a restaurant/ bar and need to keep your curtains closed to have any privacy. Very disappointing
Terrible service from Nkosi and Janine. Absolutely shocking. We booked a 2 bed via bookings.com paid and received confirmation and went about our day at the wedding. Upon check in we were told the system has a glitch and they have no rooms. 2am we were kicked out of the hotel by Nkosi when we inquired if we could rather book a new room and sort out the errors in the morning. Definitely not to be trusted !! What an awful experience. Pity Google doesn’t allow for ZERO star rating
