Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento

First time coming here. The casino was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was lost looking for the players rewards location and one of the staff members not only pointed me in the right direction but he walked me there. That was great customer service. On the casino floor I only played slots and I must say, they were pretty loose. I didn't get a chance to play table games or try the restaurants but that will definitely be the next trip and hopefully I will try out their rooms as well.

We had a lot of fun playing the games. The buffet was terrible. We ate nothing. Truthfully I think they should refund my money. We will never eat at this buffet again. I still give this Casino 5 stars & recommend going. Customer service is great. They give a fair amount of free play & the games are cool

We went for a day trip. For a Saturday it wasn't so crowded you couldn't play. It is in the middle of nowhere, but the casino itself was nice. The negative... not a lot of food choices. The buffet is $65 per person. So, if you're not a big eater. Eat at one of the other food options. The other negative... people leave the slot they were playing and reserve it. It locks up the machine for a couple of hours at least. This makes playing the popular slots hard to sit and play at.
