Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City

The rooms are beautiful and clean and well maintained and the staff is nice and wonderful!! But tonight they went above and beyond for our family. Without being to specific, we are traveling with our nine yr old special needs son and an emergency arose late on a Friday night and the staff went above and beyond to solve and calm our very nerve racking situation. Thank you so much to your security staff for helping us in a very traumatic situation for our family. It's very rare to find a caring staff at such a big establishment. Thank you so much and God bless. Will always feel comfortable here. Even won a couple bucks downstairs early on. Also the food is great and the pool is awesome!!!

Always love visiting from out of town. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are so comfortable and clean. I also love the on site dining options, but this is in such a great location that there's plenty of fantastic options within walking distance too. I also appreciate the ease of parking here. I come semi regularly for concerts and have not once been let down. Excellent!

We were passing through on a road trip and picked this hotel for the nice room, big bathtub, restaurant and room service. We wanted to settle in, have a nice dinner and relax and watch a movie. BIG disappointment! The restaurant was closed - no one seemed to know why. They said “a private event” but no one was in there. (Note, we are at the Shack across the street. Great walking tacos) no room service. And they can’t get the on demand system to work. Had a nice bath but that was it. It felt like a big bait and switch.
