Hard Rock Hotel Davos

A lovely hotel, our room for 4 (106) was very spacious, clean and beautiful with 2 balconies. The staff was great and helped us solve a problem we had at the last minute. Lots of parking spaces next to the hotel, whenever I came back I found a spot. Nice inner swimming pools and spa area.

Hard Rock Hotel Davos – Way Below Expectations My experience at Hard Rock Hotel Davos was far from what the brand promises, and even further from what you’d expect in Switzerland. The live music, which should have been a highlight, was honestly hard to sit through. It was way too loud, off-key, and completely disconnected from the atmosphere. Instead of creating energy, it just made people uncomfortable. The food was another big letdown. Small portions, bland flavors, and seriously overpriced. There was nothing memorable about the meals, and for what they charge, you’d expect much better. Local restaurants nearby offer a way better experience for less money. What made things worse was the attitude of the hotel director. She came off as cold, distant, and completely unapproachable. There was no warmth, no visible leadership, and no interest in feedback. It just felt like no one really cared. This hotel has the name, the location, and the potential, but right now, it completely misses the mark. I wouldn’t recommend
