Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Daytona Beach. Everything was clean and fresh—just the way I like it. The service was outstanding from top to bottom. Kudos to the management...you’re doing a fantastic job! The food was excellent, and the bar staff, music, and pool team were all amazing. I really appreciated the fan staying on in the room, the complimentary waters, and the Unity Rewards perks. The music memorabilia, artwork, and photos added such a fun vibe, especially the Madonna mobile! I’ll definitely be back. A must-visit spot!

This was a fantastic hotel. I loved the rock and roll themes and motives throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to the guests and the facilities were very clean. We got a beachfront room and it provided us lovely views of the beach and ocean. The outside bar staff were also attentive and friendly. There is a restaurant on premises but we decided to hit the Daytona Beach Boardwalk instead.

The best part of this hotel is how gorgeous it is and the location. I would stay here every single time I’m in town. Dawn at the gift shop was great as was Jeremy the engineer, and the nice redhead that checked me in! A couple flaws I found were this: My 3rd floor balcony, open to the beach had NO lock on it because the lock was broken! I am traveling as a single woman and I wasn’t comfortable. The front desk sent a really nice guy Jeremy up, this is not his fault but he had to come up 3 separate times at 11pm a night!!! Finally he fixed the lock, really great guy and again not his fault at all. But I’m wondering how long this door did not have a lock for. When I booked through Priceline, I didn’t notice the pet fee, I wasn’t told at check in, it was a surprised at check out with that. I called about these issues and the front desk lady said someone would call me back but they never did.
