Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast

Had a 3D2N stay. Live band was amazing. Great customer service. Unfortunate incident with roach in room. Probably came in from outdoor balcony. Room service responded quickly and got rid of it, very impressed with the effort made. Overall, had a wonderful stay. Great for couples for simple relaxed holiday. Great for families with kids, with the direct access to Water theme park.

Had an amazing stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. One thing that stood out the most was the buggy service — so convenient and available wherever we went, making it easy to get around the property. We were pleasantly surprised by the flexible check-out time, which they kindly extended without any extra charges — a rare and much-appreciated gesture! The room rates were very affordable, especially considering all the perks that came with it. We even received free tickets to the water park, which made the trip even more memorable. The live band performance at night was fantastic, creating such a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. And here’s a fun surprise — they play music under the swimming pool! Such a cool and unique touch that really impressed us. Overall, it was a short trip, but one filled with great experiences, thoughtful service, and memorable moments. Highly recommend Hard Rock Desaru and would definitely return!

Stayed one night at this hotel. It's an old hotel. The room is spacious but it's quite dim at night. Shower and toilet are separated. The bed is comfortable to me. Some parts in the room were dusty though. I like it's breakfast buffet. There are many choices for selection.
