Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara

I almost never write reviews, but I just have to for this. This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful. If you’re truly a fan of rock music you’ll love the little artifacts they have from certain rock bands/artists in the lobby! Definitely worth it

Excellent service from a wonderful team of people. Super gym which a priority for us. Good massage too at the spa. The rooms were a little tired and could be cleaner but the bed was very comfortable. Great views from the huge windows. Breakfast is plentiful and so many great Mexican dishes to try. The bar area has a nice energy and live music in the evening. The lifts were a bit frustrating as only one working. Nice rooftop bar and pool area. Excellent shopping mall 10 minutes walk away and in a 5-10 minute taxi ride, you’ll arrive at the street of many bars

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. We reserved a room in the 24th floor which is within the Rock Royalty Lounge. They provide finger foods such as sandwiches, veggies, fruit, pastries, soda, juice and water from 8am to 11am. They also offer this from 5pm to 8pm, the only difference is that they don't offer juice but instead have beer in a mini fridge. This service is included with the room. The 23rd, 24th and 25th floor offer this service. The pool is located on the 26th floor and has a great bar with great views. It was also great to have an Oxxo on the garage floor level. Staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is great. I highly recommend the location and will probably come back.
