Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive

Hard Rock was an amazing experience! We enjoyed the food at all of the restaurants. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. We stayed in a Rock Star level room. Accommodations were just fine. We had a great view from room 2604. Salvatore was our concierge and he really knocked it out of the park! He checked with us multiple times a day, made dinner reservations, massage reservations, and even made an appointment for tattoos. Highly recommend him! We spent a lot of time at Rhythm, the adults only pool. Pedro at the swim up bar was a total rock star! He managed the bar like a pro! Carlos, Omar and Armando deserve a shout out also! They kept the drinks and food flowing no matter the circumstances! When you visit the lobby bar Ephraim will take great care of you. He might even teach you a little Spanish!

We booked our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos through Costco, and it exceeded all expectations! The service was absolutely amazing — every staff member we interacted with was friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The food was mind-blowing across the board, with a wide variety of all-inclusive options: delicious Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, a great steakhouse, and a fun hibachi experience. The rooms and the hotel overall were very clean and well-maintained. The 24/7 room service was a lifesaver, especially when traveling with kids — it made meals super convenient on their schedule. The beach was beautiful, though swimming wasn’t allowed due to rough seas — something to be aware of — but still a great spot to relax and take in the view. Evenings were a treat with entertaining night shows like a fire performance and a circus show that kept the whole family entertained. We had an incredible stay and would definitely recommend Hard Rock Los Cabos for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly, and luxurious all-inclusive vacation!

This resort was everything we were looking for in a family vacation. It was both relaxing and lots to do for the family. The food is incredible and we tried every restaurant. The rooms are beautiful. The pools are clean and the staff is so friendly. You can get drinks and food at the pool. There are shows and entertainment every night. All staff are incredibly polite and super helpful. Our assistant, Danny, was the best part. He helped us with anything we needed. He went above and beyond. He made the stay even better and easier. Really wonderful guy. Hard Rock was a wonderful experience and hope to be back soon!
