Rock Star Experience in the Heart of NYC We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Manhattan and it was everything we needed—and more. Location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Times Square, steps from Broadway, shopping, and endless food spots. You walk out the door and you're in the middle of it all. The staff was incredible—super welcoming, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs from the second we arrived. The vibe is cool, modern, and energetic without being overwhelming. The gym is top-tier—fully equipped, clean, and open when you need it (huge plus for a quick morning workout before hitting the city). Rooms were spotless, stylish, and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Everything you need is right there—from food and drinks to comfort and convenience. If you want to stay somewhere central, fun, and with a little edge, Hard Rock NYC hits all the right notes.

We first came in November 2022 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We returned last week, and we’re still just as in love with this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff is always welcoming and incredibly kind to us. A special mention goes to Darren, who is such a lovely, warm, and smiling person. Thank you also to Britney, who did everything she could to find us a solution after our flight was canceled, helping us get an extra night. And thank you to Joe for his kindness and attentive care. That’s what the Hard Rock Hotel is all about — a dedicated, kind, smiling team that does everything to make your stay exceptional. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and the bathroom looks brand new! They are quite spacious for New York City and, most importantly, well soundproofed. We truly recommend this hotel — it’s an absolute joy to stay here.

10/10 I felt safe. The location is perfect for seeing time square, Broadway shows, hop on hop off tour buses. They're surrounded with eating places well in walking distance. The room was immaculate!!! Clean, fresh linens, and nice views. The staff was awesome, very polite attendants. There was security on the outside as you walked up to the front doors as well as the inside lobby. The Sessions restaurant and bar was a VIBE. Service was prompt and the drinks were poured with spunk and delightful conversation. The menu items were delicious too.
