I was on a business trip with my fellow colleagues, had a great time together. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent and the food was also delicious. Their location was near the beach and 2km from walking street. It was a luxurious experience here.
We are here for the fifth time this year. The Hard Rock Pattaya is our weekend getaway from Bangkok. The hotel is nice and has everything we need as a small family. The rooms are large enough, the restaurants have varied menus and the staff are always friendly and attentive. My children (5 and 10) love the kids’ club. It’s always their highlight! Thank you so much to Claire, MJ and Eve for being so welcoming yesterday! We’ll be back soon.
Nice atmosphere and facilities undergoing some renovation. Some rooms overlooking a closed site next door not very pretty... blmore expensive than others and out of the way. Closed early bar and no live music.. Staff very good.
