Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

Staying in Hard Rock Hotel was a pleasure! It exceeded our expectation! Can’t think of any issues as everything was perfect! Our room was amazing, huge and perfectly clean! Food was delicious, I think every picky eater would find something! The Hard Rock Hotel crew was so nice and friendly, big shout out to Byron who did our check in, was so kind and explained every single detail! I’m not a massive fan of busy places so the location of the hotel was perfect so me, we had nice stroll around the coast with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend that place to anyone! It was a great pleasure, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, staying on half board. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the amazing buffet breakfasts and dinners—a wide selection of fresh, delicious food that caters to all tastes. A special mention to the dessert section, which truly stood out every night. The desserts were absolutely superb—thank you to the talented dessert chef for the incredible variety and quality. We also want to give a special thanks to Adele, the lovely lady who greeted guests during breakfast and dinner. She’s incredibly warm, helpful, and full of positive energy—she really made our dining experience even more enjoyable. One disappointing aspect, however, was the policy of switching off the capsule coffee machines during dinner. For a hotel of this level, it’s surprising that no coffee is served at the restaurant in the evening. Guests have to go all the way to the bar to get a coffee, which is time-consuming and not always successful. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-tier hospitality and food—just a small improvement on the coffee service during dinner would make it perfect.

Fantastic stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Service was exceptionally kind and professional. We had half-board and the food was outstanding: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of high-quality vegan and vegetarian options (often overlooked in buffets). Desserts were superb (compliments to the kitchen team). I appreciated the adults-only pool and the good spa, even though the snow cabin was under maintenance. Pity that the beach island pool area was under renovation. I could see some other areas could use maintenance too; nothing remarkable, just small details but makes the difference on a 5 stars hotel. The gym was small but well-equipped, though the treadmills are outdated and not working properly. Parking in the area is a bit tricky but they have an underground parking for 12€/day. The hotel is close to the beach, and the coastline offers extraordinary sunsets. Overall, a very good experience and I would return.
