Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta All Inclusive

My wife and I had a great stay. Juan was serving on the poolside and was amazing. He had our next drink or bite to eat at our side before we put our last one down. So friendly and helpful. On the beach side was Dianne. She was amazing as well. She seemed to know when we needed something as she always appeared at perfect times. Amazing!

This entire trip was absolutely perfect. We booked the rock royalty room with ocean view and added a birthday package for my bday. This included several perks but one of my favorite was the couples massage and having the Balinese bed for the day. The concierge staff really went above and beyond. I really like that they would text me throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed and always ensured we were taken care of. All staff there really dedicated themselves to provide the best customer service. We definitely were treated like rock royalty and look forward to returning 🤘🏻 🎸

I stayed here about a month ago. The beach was nice and they provide boogie boards that you can use in the ocean, was really fun when you caught a good wave. I had a great time playing beach volleyball with Reed (who organized it) and Adrian (which I think usually mans the sports hut because he had to leave pretty quickly). I saw Adrian the next day at the sports hut to get a board and he remembered my name which was nice. Service was great, I particularly remember Valentina and Moises because they served me and my family more than once and they provided great service every time! Cristy and Alma were friendly every morning at the towel hut and greeted us with smiles. Food was fine, I had no serious complaints about food at all, none of us got food poisoning either. They also seemed to be careful with allergies which I appreciate. I asked about a dessert having nuts and they made me one without nuts in it. I noticed that every time I had chicken though, it was really dry, but all the other meats were fine. My only complaints would be that the rooms have little to no noise insulation so I could easily hear in and out of my room, and that the shower head could use a little scrubbing. It would also be nice to have both entrances of the beach to have showers instead of just one with a shower and the other with a small faucet for rinsing off feet.
